  3. Applicant search We review our pool of jobseekers and gather new candidates for your position or positions. We cull the field of applicants, and send the resumes of the best matches to you, the employer.
  4. Rigorous screening Before you interview any applicant, Gdovin engages in the area's most rigorous screening process, including a criminal background check, reference check, personal interview, skills testing, and certificate/licensure verification.
  5. Interview We arrange interviews convenient to your schedule and provide you with all background information we've compiled.
